Allen Gehrki, President and CEO of UnifyHR


President and CEO
Allen has deep knowledge of group insurance and employee benefits including extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, and streamlining client service operations. As President and CEO, Allen leads the UnifyHR executive team in planning and executing organizational strategies and initiatives as well as business functions of the organization. Prior to assuming his current role, Allen served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for UnifyHR. Before joining UnifyHR, Allen was Executive Vice President of Client Experience at CONEXIS, a division of WageWorks, Inc.

Chief Financial Officer
John Nix joined UnifyHR as Chief Financial Officer in December 2019. John has more than 30 years of financial management experience. He is responsible for managing all finance-related activities of the company, including corporate finance, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as participating in business development efforts. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, John began his career at Price Waterhouse in Kansas City. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas since 1983.
Chris Heinefield, COO of UnifyHR


Chief Operating Officer
Chris has a strong background in healthcare administration technology and compliance solutions. In addition to overseeing day-to-day business operations, Chris creates the company’s compliance strategies, and contributes to the tactical decisions for the direction of the company’s flagship products. Working closely with IT, Chris has lead internal initiatives around cloud computing and data storage to better manage, analyze and protect valuable assets and information in an agile, trusted and cost-effective manner. Prior to founding UnifyHR, Chris was co-founder and COO of HRAdvance, recognized as a best-practice solutions provider in dependent eligibility auditing.
Daniel Mos, CIO of UnifyHR


Chief Information Officer
Daniel (Danny) is our technology thought leader, who has extensive experience in IT function oversight, including application development, cloud-based infrastructure design and security. As a co-founder of UnifyHR, Danny provides leadership for the continued development of our innovative services. Prior to co-founding UnifyHR, Danny was Chief Information Officer and a co-founder at HRAdvance, a recognized leader among dependent eligibility auditing firms.
Brad Inghram, EVP of Sales


Executive Vice President of Sales
With more than 30 years of benefits industry experience, Brad has the knowledge and insight necessary to guide our partners, prospects, and clients through the maze of benefits administration options. Working closely with employers, insurance brokers, consultants, health plans and third-party vendors, Brad builds new alliances and expands existing referral relationships, linking best-practice product innovations to distribution channels and their sales teams, and ultimately creating value for customers. Prior to joining UnifyHR, Brad was the Vice President of Sales at CONEXIS.
